How we work with clients: scope, payments, cancellations and confidentiality, in plain language.
Terms of Service
By using our website or hiring our services, you agree to these terms. Hubble Media, based in Chennai and serving Chennai, Coimbatore and across India, provides SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Website Development, Email and WhatsApp Marketing. Project scope, timelines and deliverables will be defined in the proposal. Any extra work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

Payments and Invoicing
We keep payments transparent and fair. Most projects require a non-refundable advance payment, typically 30% to 50%, before we begin. The remaining balance is due on final delivery or completion of the project. For larger or longer projects, we may agree milestone-based payments in the proposal. We accept UPI, bank transfer or other agreed methods. Late payments may result in delayed deliverables, temporary suspension of work or a late fee. Please contact us with any billing questions.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel a project at any time, but the initial deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after work has begun, we will invoice you for all work completed up to that point, including research, design time and any expenses incurred. In rare cases, Hubble Media may end a project because of non-responsiveness, abusive behaviour or failure to meet agreed payment terms. All completed work and intellectual property rights remain with us until payment is settled in full.

→ You’ll be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date.
→ You can’t use unfinished or unpaid work.
Confidentiality
Anything you share with us during a project, such as business plans, customer data, pricing or creative ideas, stays confidential. We won’t share it with anyone without your written permission, except where the law requires it. We’re happy to sign a mutual NDA before we start.
